I just found your blog – have to admit I read it ALL – congratulations on your weight loss – you look wonderful! And I’m thrilled with all the recipes and pictures – I plan to check on your blog often! Sherlyn
Thank you so much! I haven’t had a lot of time to post lately, but hopefully this week
Stumbled upon your blog when searching for a recipe. LOVE IT! Can’t wait to fire up the oven and start making cupcakes. The cupcakes look amazing in the photos. This may sound super basic, but could include a ‘how-to’ on the frosting piping? Good luck on weight loss journey and I hope you do get to turn your passion for food and baking into a well paying career.
Thank you for the kind comment! I will try to post a frosting tutorial in the next few weeks, once you see how it easy it is, you’ll do it all the time
You have a picture of a combination of pinwheel noodles and broccoli…what all do you put in yours? It looks fabulous.
I’m pretty sure it was just pasta, roasted broccoli, and pesto (which I bought at the store because I was lazy!)… you could add a squeeze of lemon juice or a little bit of parmesan cheese too
Sometimes I add a little bit of the cooking water to the pasta and pesto if seems like its clumping all together a bit.
I was looking around on here and found a picture of Buffalo Chicken Garbage Bread and I would really like the recipe.

Just made this for supper tonight. Delicious! I actually doubled the recipe and made one for adults and one for the kids. With the kids’ one, I just used tomato sauce instead of hot sauce. They LOVED it! Amazing recipe. I am pregnant and crave spicy things… This was perfect. Thanks for sharing your skill and recipes!
